Fleet One to expand Nashville operations

March 17, 2010 – Fleet One LLC, which provides fuel cards and financial services to support the transporation industry, has announced plans to expand its operations in Nashville. It will increase its workforce by adding 49 new positions to the current 190 employees there.

Headquartered in Nashville, Fleet One provides fuel and maintenance purchasing card controls, reporting, account management, and other services to businesses and government agencies.

Thirty of the new positions will be account executives representing the company's local and over the road fuel card programs, and the other 19 will be in customer and financial services.

“Fleet One’s current expansion represents great growth opportunities for the company and more jobs for Nashville-area residents,” said John Bradley, TVA’s senior vice president of economic development. “TVA is glad to be on the economic development team with the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, Nashville Mayor’s Office and State of Tennessee to support Fleet One as they expand and create additional jobs in Davidson County.”
