Your responsibilities as a recipient of TVA funds
- Provide a description of financial assistance received from other federal agencies.
- Develop a description of the services that will be provided by the TVA-assisted program(s).
- Provide a description of the population to be served by race, color, national origin, age, sex, or disability.
- Provide data regarding the number of direct jobs created as a result of TVA-assisted program(s).
- Provide membership data by race, color, national origin, age, sex, or disability of any board and advisory body which is part of the TVA-assisted program(s).
- Inform TVA of any civil rights compliance reviews regarding your agency conducted during the past two years.
- Inform TVA of any federal ruling against your agency concerning civil rights noncompliance.
- Promptly notify potential beneficiaries, including minorities and the elderly, of TVA-assisted program(s).
- Cooperate with compliance reviews and complaint investigations and submit reports as requested.
- Provide TVA information on your employment practices related to race, color, national origin, age, sex, or disability.
- Maintain beneficiary data by race, color, national origin, age, sex, or disability.
- Promptly notify TVA of any lawsuits, complaints received alleging discriminatory practices, or changes in compliance status.
- Develop a workable document and time frames to rectify any equal opportunity deficiencies in TVA-assisted program(s).
