Bill Adams

Target Market Specialist: Transportation-Related Manufacturing; Data Centers and Payment Processing

Bill Adams works for TVA Economic Development as a site consultant and target market specialist for automotive assembly and other transportation-related manufacturing. From 1994 to 2003, he was employed with the Mississippi Development Authority in Jackson, Mississippi, serving as a recruitment specialist for the automotive industry.

Jeff Taylor

Senior Target Market Specialist: Plastics

Jeff Taylor’s primary responsibility is working with energy efficiency building companies and plastics companies that are planning to relocate or expand. Taylor is a 20-year veteran of TVA. Before joining the Marketing Development organization, he was a project manager in Minority Economic Development, where he managed the Minority Economic Development Loan Fund and outreach programs.

Target Market Specialist: Food Processing; Logistics, Distribution & Warehousing

Tim Tidwell is a target market specialist for TVA Economic Development, specializing in data centers and payment processing; food processing; and logistics, distribution and warehousing industries. He has more than 20 years’ experience in economic and business development in the public and private sectors.
